A special visitor to Caroline’s Class!

This month in Caroline’s class we have been learning about The Vets. We have taken part in lots of role play activities showing how to best look after animals. We have learnt the importance of feeding animals the correct food, ensuring your pet takes part in regular exercise and why we need to take our  pets to the vets for regular checkups and vaccines. 

We had a lovely visit from Sue who showed us how to care for animals as well as bringing in some very cute companions for us to meet! We had the opportunity to get to know them by gently petting them as well as watching very impressive tricks by Rubble! We are now in the process of making our own information books explaining how to look after pets, using our learning from all of the different lessons that we have engaged in.
