Our 2nd and 3rd classes have been working hard to perfect their ballet for the last few months. Thanks to Stephen from Ballet Ireland, who comes to our school every Tuesday, we were invited to visit Dance House Ireland in March!

2nd class visited Dance House on Tuesday and 3rd class visited on Wednesday. These were the first visits Dance House studios have had since 2019! Our students were very excited to be getting the Luas from Broombridge into the city centre.

When we arrived at Dance House, we were greeted by Stephen and brought to his studio. We completed a ballet workshop and were able to see ourselves in the big mirrors! We then went up to the third floor and watched professional ballet dancers rehearse for their upcoming show ‘Bold Moves‘. We got to have a Q&A session with three dancers who had danced all over the world. We were blown away by their performances and stories.
