Published by Broombridge ETNS on

The Botanic gardens is a museum of plants, there are lots of different plants and lots of green-houses.

Our class and the other 4th class went to the Botanic gardens and we had a tour guide, his name was Mateusz he told us a lot about plants and some green-houses and plants are over a 100 hundred years old.

Mateusz the tour guide gave us a task – he put us into groups and gave us things like acorns, leaves and flowers. He also gave us a laminated page with lots of different places that plants grow like deserts, fields, rainforests and different places. He told us to put the plants in their adaptations which means to put them where they grow or help things like fires wind and sunshine and rain.

We hope you enjoyed, thank you for reading
