The Stone Age, GAA and Experiments in Saoirse Class!!
We’ve had a busy few weeks in third class!
Last Friday we walked to Naomh Fionbarr’s GAA club with Siobhán’s class and played lots of matches against each other. It was great! There’s a lot of skills to practice.
We’ve also been learning lots about the human body and even did an experiment on how different drinks affect our teeth. Orange juice had the biggest effect!
We did some cool stone age art too. We rubbed our paper with wet tea bags! This made them look brown and old. Then we crumpled the paper and scratched our drawings onto it. They turned out awesome!
