Vikings, Magnets and Lego Robots in 3rd Class Misneach!

We have had a busy week in 3rd Class Misneach. On Monday we visited the TUD campus in Grangegorman. We got a tour of their renewable energy lab and made lego robots. We created some codes to make our robots move and stop. We learned a lot about STEM and had a great time. In history we have been learning about the Vikings so we created some Viking longships in art. They turned out amazing! We explored magnets in science, we created obstacles and used a magnet under the table to guide a magnetic ball through the obstacle course.
