Rosh Hashanah and Super Handwriting in Shannon’s Senior Infants!!

Published by Broombridge ETNS on

Hi everyone!

Shannon’s Senior Infants has had a very busy, but fun return to school after their well-deserved Summer holidays after all of their efforts in Junior Infants. Here is a collection of some photos to show all of our proud Parents, Guardians, Families and school community just how busy and hard at work we have been!

On the 6th of September, we celebrated the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah. The children learned about this Jewish holiday and took part in the tradition of tasting Honey & Apples in the hope of a sweet year ahead.

Even when the children were at home engaging with online learning last week, our amazing children still managed to have lots of fun and their resilience to change is just remarkable!

This week in school, we have been practising our cursive handwriting and I couldn’t help but show you 25 amazing handwriting copies and 25 very proud children!
