It’s spring time in Spreagadh! We explored seed life cycles on our potato heads and constructed clay frogs for our forest area. We learned about the hindu celebration of Holi where people throw colour to welcome the spring – we made a beautiful mess!
We’ve been enjoying learning about time and using the clocks to make different o’clock and half past times. We recently celebrated Seachtain Na Gaeilge in Broombridge. Fifth class spent an incredible afternoon in the Bogies this week, taking part in a nature scavenger hunt, creating artwork from fallen floral detritus, then a well deserved break in the playground and astroturf. We had a really terrific time!

This past fortnight 4th class (Fiúntas) have been working extremely hard on their construction art for the Seachtain na Gaeilge Seó Faisean on Friday.
